Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Sofisticate's services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Sofisticate provides the following services:

• Penetration testing and security assessments
• Website design and development
• Digital advertising management
• Client portal access

3. Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month.

4. Penetration Testing

Penetration testing is only performed on systems that the client owns or has explicit written permission to test. All findings are confidential and delivered only to the client.

5. Confidentiality

Sofisticate treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will never share your data or business information with any third party without your written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment all website designs and deliverables become the property of the client.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sofisticate's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Norwegian courts.
